S A L V I J A started as a need towards clean/minimalistic yoga/leisure clothes in this over-saturated market of tight outfits, made out of artificial materials - which in my opinion don't coincide with philosophy of yoga at all. It did not start as a money-making idea or a brand, but it grew into it, as more and more people wanted to share this experience of comfortable, cotton attire. Every piece is coloured and sewn by hand, by single person.

So, hello, let me introduce myself - I am Sari,  a fashion designer, who is standing behind idea of Salvija. Usually I strive for more complex designs, but unfortunate turn of events in the world lately, have pointed me in a direction of more sustainable fashion. Salvija clothes and accessories are made for every person uniquely, since we don't hold stock - we are trying to prevent unnecessary fabric to be used in vain. This means that our production may last longer than you are used to - Yes, we are a slow fashion brand. Production of your order may take from 2 till 14 days and since everything is coloured by hand, colours may vary from time to time - but I think that is the whole beauty of it. Our goal is to use as little plastic as possible in our products and as well in packaging.
